Sales Policy

I don't especially like having a sales policy but it is necessary. 

All deposits are non refundable.  I know this sounds snarky but I have never heard of a refundable deposit, why put a deposit on an item if it's refundable.  I just call that more work......Please dont ask for a deposit refund, you will hear a grown woman cry 😭

Once a deposit or payment for an animal is placed, A date for pickup will be made.  If the pickup is cancelled it must be rescheduled for a pickup max of 10 day from original date.  If it is again cancelled you can get your animal out of jail for an additional $25 and pick up in five days.

 If it is a no show......rabbit becomes the property of The Lamb and Hound with no refund.  With todays technology there is no excuse for simply not showing up.  There must be confirmation from me that I received your communication to not pick up.

 I want you to leave feeling as if you are going home with a gift wrapped present.  Bunny, Lamb, or kitty will leave prekissed, cuddled, and spiffed up for ride home.

What to expect when picking up your fuzzy friend:

Rabbit- Your bunny will be groomed, nails trimmed, wormed x2, teeth checked and sent home with Food for transitioning. We use Blue Seal Show Hutch Deluxe.  I purchase it at Tractor supply co. , it is also available through Chewy. Don't forget your bunny will need something to go home in.

 

Kitten-  Your kitty will be bathed and groomed, nails trimmed, paper work from the vet, and food for transition will be sent home.  Don't forget your kitty will need something to go home in.

Lamb/Sheep- Your lamb will be wormed X2, eyelids checked, tagged, and CDT vaccination X2.
